Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wyori (wyori.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Wyori provides a link management platform including URL shortening, QR code generation, bio pages, analytics, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Wyori. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Wyori for:

• Spam, phishing, or distributing malware
• Links to illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Generating links that redirect to harmful or deceptive destinations
• Circumventing plan limits or abusing free tier resources
• Automated creation of links without API authorization
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to disable links or accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Link Permanence

Links created on Wyori do not expire based on time or plan status. However, we reserve the right to disable links that violate our acceptable use policy. If your paid plan expires, existing links continue to redirect but you cannot create new links beyond free tier limits.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not exceeded free tier usage. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.99% uptime for link redirects. This SLA applies to paid plans only. Planned maintenance windows are excluded. In the event of SLA breach, affected customers may receive service credits upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

Wyori and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wyori and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content (links, bio pages, custom settings) remains yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wyori is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
